Some of the main challenges included: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installing surveillance systems in 5,400 voting centers in a short timeframe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring uninterrupted operation of equipment throughout election day;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logistical management and technical coordination at the national level;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing credibility and transparency for the public and monitoring institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The solution from Albascan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In collaboration with another company and the relevant institution, Albascan implemented one of the largest electronic surveillance projects ever implemented in the country:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supply and installation of surveillance camera systems in all polling stations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuration for continuous recording and secure archiving of videos, according to legal and technical requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real-time monitoring from dedicated control centers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support and on-site maintenance to ensure optimal operation throughout the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Results<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continuous monitoring and registration in 5,400 voting centers throughout Albania;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significant increase in public trust in the electoral process through digital transparency;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real-time technical assistance to ensure a smooth and safe process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successful model for the use of technology in election administration, with potential for replication in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Client: State institution responsible for election administrationYear of Implementation: 2021Location: Voting centers distributed throughout the territory of Albania.
