CHALLENGES
Building the systems for a luxury hotel for an international clientele involved integrating several critical technological systems under a tight deadline and in a multidisciplinary work environment. The main challenges were:
- High volume of work and the need for constant synchronization between different construction and installation groups;
- Seamless integration of various systems – security, hospitality, access, IT – into a functional and stable platform;
- The requirement for implementation to high aesthetic and technical standards, typical of a luxury hospitality structure;
- Training hotel staff for efficient use and long-term maintenance of equipment and systems.
