CHALLENGES

In a residential environment with high demands for comfort, security and intelligent energy management, the challenges included:

  • The requirement for full automation of each villa, including lighting, temperature system, roller shutters, cameras, alarms and electrical appliances;
  • Integration of all villas into a centralized system for administration by the management company, without violating the privacy of residents;
  • Possibility of independent control by each resident, through mobile applications and user-friendly interfaces;
  • Generation of personalized reports and statistics, for energy usage, input-output, alarms and abnormal events;
  • Individual design for each villa, respecting the architecture, owners’ preferences and energy efficiency.

    1. Automated and programmable lighting;
    2. Remote climate control (heating/cooling);
    3. Security systems with alarms, cameras, door/window sensors and motion detectors;
  • Management of electric roller shutters and curtains;
  • User interface for residents, in the form of a mobile application and a panel mounted inside the villa;
  • Central platform for the residence administrator, to monitor the performance of each villa (with restrictions according to privacy regulations);
  • Automated report generation, for energy consumption, security events, maintenance or activated alarms;
  • Technical assistance and training for every resident and administration, to guarantee correct and safe use of the system.
